The Schermerhorn Symphony Center opened in September 2006 as the first permanent home for the Nashville Symphony. The hall, which was named after the late Maestro Kenneth Schermerhorn, is used for symphony performances as well as a variety of other concert events throughout the year. The hall includes a variety of innovative designs which add to the ambiance of the symphony; specially designed windows provide natural interior light, and movable banners and panels provide the ideal acoustics for a variety of musical genres. The convertible seating system can transform from rows of raked seating perfect for performances to a level, hardwood ballroom floor for cabaret-style events and jazz concerts. The beautiful symphony center is a wonderful addition to music city.
The Cathedral of Praise is a beautiful church that welcomes you with it's classic red bricked appearance. Although thats nothing compared to the welcome you get from it's members. Bringing community together, teaching love and mutual respect, understanding and the experiencing God personally through the baptism of the Holy Spirit; are some of the things that strike you about this church.
The Frist Center for the Visual Arts is a wonderful place for art lovers. The center educates visitors on art and hopes it will bring about an interest in the community on the subject. The architecture is beautiful and the interiors and decor lend the place of a very upscale elite ambiance and it frequently hosts art exhibitions. At the Frist center there is also a fabulous gift shop, where one can purchase memorabilia and other items and an excellent Cafe where one can savor some delightful dishes and sip on coffee. Admission is free for students who are 18 and below.

Located in Nashville, Baptist World Center promotes the word of God through Praise and Worship. Part of the National Baptist Convention, this centre has been used to host a number of conferences, meeting and spiritual missions. The exterior of the church looks like an old house and inside it has a wooden finish with a statue of Jesus Christ atop the altar. This center's aim is to thank God for what he has given them by praising him through holy services and the gospel.

Masjid Al-Farooq is an Islamic Mosque in Nashville. Prayers are held five times a day here in English, Arabic as well as Somali. Here, they also have a weekend school to teach the children and youth about the religion like a faith formation weekend.
