The PATH foundation has succeeding in completing miles and miles of public trails as a gift to the people of region. Among them are the Silver Comet Trail in Cobb County and a segment of trail stretching from Decatur to Stone Mountain. PATH is a non-profit foundation created to build trails that provide safe travel for commuters without cars, as well as a refuge for city dwellers who want to enjoy a nice walk in the fresh air.
