The name says it all, Carr's One of A Kind In The World Museum is a one of a kind museum. The museum holds a wide range or exhibits and artifacts, including celebrity vehicles, Chinese vases and eccentric oddities. Some of the artifacts are quite bizarre, such as the skin of a boa constrictor. Admission is $8 for Adults, $7 for Seniors and children under nine years old can enter for free.

The Jundt Art Museum shows various art exhibits, including permanent art from Gonzaga University as well as temporary exhibits. Named after J. M. Comstock, a former Spokane mayor, this mini park was opened in July 1938 and covers 21 acres (8.5 hectares) of greenery. Located in the quaint neighborhood of Comstock, the Comstock Park is a great recreational spot for the locals. Offering sports facilities such as softball and baseball fields, tennis courts, swimming, horseshoes and more, the park is a sports enthusiasts haven. Besides that it is also a popular picnic location and has a huge children's playground. The park also hosts the annual Spokane Symphony on Labor Day. The well maintained landscape and the recreational facilities of Comstock Park makes it one of the best of its kind in the town.

Spokane architect Kirtland K. Cutter created the beautiful Campbell House in 1898. The stunning house was created with an English style and included a two story main house, a service wing and a carriage house. There are several tours available, including tours explaining the lives of the people who lived there and functional tours showing how items in the house worked.
