Designed by Tom Watson, the Independence Course at Reunion Resort is one of the best in the country. Voted by many magazines as one of the Best Resort Courses, it has quite a reputation to uphold. The course combines both beauty and skill in both ts design and play. This 7,257 yard course is made up of steady fairways , expansive greens and well placed bunkers. Enjoy a good short game at this well conceived course.
This is a classic older course. There is an endless supply of elevation changes. Level lies are a rarity. The greens are tiny for a resort course, so you are likely to miss a number of them, and your short game will be tested. The fairways are uncomfortably narrow, and there is water everywhere. It's an excellent test. This is a semi-private resort golf course. Metal spikes are tolerated, but not encouraged. Check the website for the Green fees, they vary from month to month.
