The Citizens Business Bank Arena, the $150 million jewel of Ontario, hosts major events like NBA games, high-profile concerts, and ECHL ice hockey. The arena can accommodate up to 11,000 spectators on the main floor, in addition to 36 luxury suites. As with any event arena of this caliber, food and drink of several varieties are available, including burgers, pizza, hot dogs, and Mexican food.

Children acting like barbarians again? Bring them to Scandia Amusement Park and let their imaginations run wild. With 16 rides, two miniature golf courses, batting cages, an arcade, and two restaurants, children, teens, and adults will find plenty to keep them busy. Scandia Amusement Park offers special group rates for business functions, birthday parties, or even grad nights. The park also hosts holiday events (like an annual haunted house).

Whispering Lakes Golf Course is an affordable 18-hole golf course in Ontario, California. This long course includes many hazards, but is also a great 18-hole course for beginners. With relatively cheap rates (generally under $34 for the day), Whispering Lakes proves that golf is not always, as Mark Twain said, "a good walk spoiled."

Since 1894 the Graber family has been growing, harvesting, and selling world-class olives. Come view the olives in their native habitat - with tours offered all day, every day (call ahead to make reservations). The Graber Olive House is busy all year, but visitors will see the most activity from mid-October to December when the olives are harvested. Along with observing how olives are grown, guests can browse a small museum onsite, buy tasty treats at the gift shop, or grab a bite to eat and have a picnic lunch on the scenic grounds.

The Ontario Museum of History and Art aims to expand the community's knowledge of local culture through a free museum, educational programs, and special events. The museum welcomes school groups (call to make an appointment for different days or times) and organizes various outreach programs and field trips throughout the year. Please note that only cash and checks are accepted at the gift shop.

Libraries bring the community together like few other venues, and the Ontario Main Library is no exception. Through children's programs (like story times and reading programs), technology resources (computer, typewriter, printer, and copier use), and adult learning classes, the library makes it easy to find the help you need. Within is the Robert E. Ellingwood Model Colony History Room, with vintage materials from Ontario's early days. The library even has a monthly planetarium show that alternates location between the main library and the Colony High Branch Library.

If you want to enjoy a day of golf look no further than Creekside Golf Course. This 9-hole, 3-par golf course is closed every Monday and Tuesday, but offers affordable rates for a round of golf. Clubs are available for rent, and Creekside offers junior and senior discounts.

Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park is a 150 acre park with two lakes. Children and adults can enjoy water slides while swimming in one lake. In the other lake with a fishing permit you can fish with trout, catfish and bass. There are also Pedal boats and aqua cycle rentals. On the land there is a playground, volleyball courts and picnic tables. The park can only be used during the day and there is a small fee for entrance.

Castle Park is a family entertainment amusement park in Riverside. In addition to the many fun rides, Castle Park also includes an arcade, miniature golf, and a magic show, not to mention the various restaurants and concession stands available. Rides include bumper cars, the Flying Saucer, Ferris Wheel, the Log Ride and the Fireball just to name a few. Please note that rides are not open Monday through Thursday, although the arcade and golf remain open on these days.
