Empire Lakes Golf Course in Rancho Cucamonga is a 18-hole, par 72 golf course designed by Arnold Palmer. The course features a golf school for both children and adults. If you'd like to celebrate a special occasion, Empire Lakes can do that too!  The course will cater and host events for all kinds of occasions such as weddings, birthdays and even Bar and Bat Mitzvahs.

The Rancho Cucamonga Epicenter is equipped for a huge variety of events. Boasting a baseball field, 2 soccer fields, 3 softball fields, and a little league field, the Epicenter is a great place to go enjoy a sporting event, either as a player or spectator. In addition to the athletic factilities, the Epicenter also features covered pavilions and an open air plaza, making it an ideal venue to take in a concert or festival.

The Planes of Fame Air Museum was started in 1957 by Edward Maloney, a collector of WWII aircrafts. Ever since, the museum has been collecting these historic machines, some of which are the only remaining ones of their kind. The museum features the largest collection of Japanese aircrafts in the world. Being a living history museum, these aircrafts still get used today, so check out the schedule of air shows to see history in action.

Castle Park is a family entertainment amusement park in Riverside. In addition to the many fun rides, Castle Park also includes an arcade, miniature golf, and a magic show, not to mention the various restaurants and concession stands available. Rides include bumper cars, the Flying Saucer, Ferris Wheel, the Log Ride and the Fireball just to name a few. Please note that rides are not open Monday through Thursday, although the arcade and golf remain open on these days.

This huge water park is enjoyable for the entire family. With speed slides that propel you downward at 35 miles per hour and towering slides, even the most daring adventurers will get their fill of splashy thrills at Raging Waters. Check the website for timings as day to day timings vary greatly.

Children acting like barbarians again? Bring them to Scandia Amusement Park and let their imaginations run wild. With 16 rides, two miniature golf courses, batting cages, an arcade, and two restaurants, children, teens, and adults will find plenty to keep them busy. Scandia Amusement Park offers special group rates for business functions, birthday parties, or even grad nights. The park also hosts holiday events (like an annual haunted house).

The Citizens Business Bank Arena, the $150 million jewel of Ontario, hosts major events like NBA games, high-profile concerts, and ECHL ice hockey. The arena can accommodate up to 11,000 spectators on the main floor, in addition to 36 luxury suites. As with any event arena of this caliber, food and drink of several varieties are available, including burgers, pizza, hot dogs, and Mexican food.

John Galvin Park is the place to go for baseball. The park has the Jay Littleton Ball Park, which is a baseball field where 2,500 people can watch a game. If you want to play a different sport, the park has basketball, tennis, volleyball and a Little League Baseball field. For lunch there are picnic tables and a barbecue area, and you can find plenty of parking.

Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park is a 150 acre park with two lakes. Children and adults can enjoy water slides while swimming in one lake. In the other lake with a fishing permit you can fish with trout, catfish and bass. There are also Pedal boats and aqua cycle rentals. On the land there is a playground, volleyball courts and picnic tables. The park can only be used during the day and there is a small fee for entrance.

If you want to enjoy a day of golf look no further than Creekside Golf Course. This 9-hole, 3-par golf course is closed every Monday and Tuesday, but offers affordable rates for a round of golf. Clubs are available for rent, and Creekside offers junior and senior discounts.
