The Collier County Museum is a great place to discover and explore Florida's rich history. The grounds include: a five-acre botanical garden with an orchid house, old-fashioned swamp buggies, two traditional Naples cottages, a logging locomotive, prehistoric animals, and a WWII Sherman tank. The Old Florida Festival, a historical reenactment and celebration of Florida's vibrant past, is held here annually. Both admission to and parking for the museum are free for visitors.
