Located just north of downtown Jackson, this highly regarded liberal arts college is set on a handsome 42-acre campus that features some of the finest Southern architecture in the area. Belhaven was founded in 1883 by the Presbyterian Church. Its fifteen departments grant five undergraduate degrees in more than 20 disciplines, including humanities, science and ministry.
