Five generations of bakers have brought La Colmena Bakery to the superb level it is at today. Untreated flours and grains are used in the bakery's special breads, making it both a health-nut haven and a bread-lover's paradise. It features breads from around the world, including German farmer breads, baguettes and Swedish limpa. The smells are wonderful, and the flavors are delicious.
