Tanners Creek is an unimposing restaurant with a friendly staff and quaint feel. The decor is simple, adorned with maps of local spots and nearby towns. The prices are dirt cheap for the quality of food you get and the atmosphere is fun and laid back.

Run by a father and son team, Snappers Restaurant opened in 2009 to a great reception. Locals and visitors have flocked to try the fresh seafood dishes and weekly specials that are served up daily in this downtown establishment. Try some of the Snapper specialties like Jambalaya and a family recipe of fresh Crab Cakes. The atmosphere is laid back but at times can get rowdy as the bar stays open until 2am on the weekends.
