Don't be surprised if you see a group of bagpipe players while you are there. It may be small in size, but the food offerings and friendliness are abundant. The décor is simple yet cozy, with vivid colors and bright lights throughout. The seating is limited. The prices are very affordable, and the selections include numerous Caribbean and Latin American dishes with many straight from Venezuelan kitchens.
