The Mellow Mushroom can be found in the welcoming town of Winter Park only a few miles north of downtown Orlando. Four Rivers Smokehouse, located north of Orlando in the friendly town of Winter Park, began as a dream of one man and three friends to help support an important cause with BBQ sauce. They are "Orlando's Innovative Living Cuisine Café & Juice Bar," according to the owners. They use a number of locally supplied organic ingredients and no artificial sweeteners, soy or dairy products.
