Located on stylish Park Avenue, Cafe De France's decor includes a large bar and rich, red walls. Chefs here make pizza crust fresh daily and the results are a taste treat. Favorites include a personal Sicilian Cheese Pizza, and a house specialty pie, with your choice of five toppings. Apart from the pizzas, you can also opt for the tasty paninis, pastas and sandwiches. This friendly place draws an eclectic crowd, everyone from college kids to professionals looking for a good meal. However make sure you get there early as the restaurant does not accept reservations and the wait can be longer.

Some like it hot, so the saying goes, and if you're one of those that do, this may be the spot for you. Its selection of traditional Thai favorites features a few spicier-than-spicy entrees such as the Lemon Fish. But even guests looking for milder fare will find much to enjoy here. For openers, have the Tom Kha Gai, a coconut milk-based soup with tangy lemon grass flavors, followed by Jumbo prawns. The décor is quite simple, it's better to concentrate your senses on the food.

This inexpensive, casual Tex-Mex restaurant serves a clientele that's looking for a good time, hot sauce and, of course, quality food. This restaurant, which offers a 3,500-entry hot sauce catalog, takes its spice seriously. Chefs concoct their signature sauce, dubbed "Slap My A** And Call Me Sally," with Capsicum, the same ingredient that gives pepper spray its sting. Serving indoors and outside, the restaurant offers a host of Mexican delicacies, including enchiladas and tacos, all at very reasonable prices.

The menu here changes monthly, but the food is always good. Casually dressed patrons sit at barstools that are pulled up to butcher-block tables atop terrazzo floors. The decor is simple but effective for casual dining. Choices include Caesar's Salad, a roasted duck sandwich, and a Chicken Tortilla Pie, among other intriguing combinations. Pastas and salads come in full or half portions for hearty or picky eaters. Dexter's offers more than 30 wines and champagnes, available by the glass or bottle. A very nice Chardonnay runs about $26 for a bottle.

Circa is located on Park Avenue in lovely Winter Park, just a little north of downtown Orlando. It has a variety of dining, drinking and entertainment options. There is a beautiful front room with a piano player and bar area  that offers a nice view of the nearby street through open French doors.
