The Blind Tiger Pub provides a delightfully upscale experience while offering a selection of wines and beers from around the globe. The pub is in a building that dates back to 1803, and was the site of a pub during the Prohibition. This is a place where you'll be able to get both a nice Chardonnay and an Oatmeal Stout. There is live music most nights. If you get hungry, sample their menu, or consider The Four Corners Café next door, which the pub is connected to.

More contemporary than its sister restaurant, Magnolias, this exciting and active club-style restaurant with exhibition kitchen and beautiful walled courtyard offers fine American cuisine with an Italian flair. The main dining room is stylish and simply appointed. An oak burning oven and onsite bakery allow the chefs to create wonderful baked goods and oven-fired specialties. Start with Poached Mussels with White Wine and indulge in an entrée of Spinach and Mushroom Cannelloni with Pesto Cream Sauce or Risotto with Italian Sausage. The building itself is designed to resemble a fort from the Civil War era, made out of brick with ceiling-high, arched windows. The fact that every single table has an excellent view of the Charleston Harbor keeps people coming back, as well as the delicious food. If you're craving Indian food, head over to West Ashley and dine at A Taste of India. The chef and owner, Naresh Bhalla, is a native of Northern India, and therefore the dishes served here are authentic. Chicken Tandoori, vegetable and lamb samosas, and a whole host of curry dishes are a few of the delicious items that can be found on the menu. The most popular time to come is during the daily lunch buffet, where you can sample variety of dishes for a low price. During the Sunday brunch, some Southern Indian dishes are featured, such as masala dosa--a fried crepe filled with potatoes, onions, and spices. Closed on Tuesday.
