A partnership between the St. Regis Aspen Resort and FOOD & WINE magazine, Chefs Club endeavors to serve patrons the finest seasonal fare. Casa Tua is an elegantly designed restaurant that serves scrumptious Northern Italian fare. Tuna tartare, carpaccio di branzino and grilled eggplant rollatine are just the beginning of an excellent meal. An Aspen institution for over twenty-five years, Little Annie's Eating House has been delighting regulars with its juicy burgers, meaty ribs, mashers and half-a-dozen entrees. The interior is filled with earth tones, adobe-like walls, and big copper kettles and pots dangle in the front windows. Risotto, black mussels, rainbow trout, braised short beef ribs, and pecan tarts are among its specialties-do try them when you visit.
