The Spokane Quality Inn is an unlikely place to find a restaurant serving great Venezualan cuisine but at Manna, you can find just that. The menu is tempered with typical American fare, of course, to please passing diners but there are gems to be had, including arepas (bite-sized corn cakes filled with a meat of your choice or cheese and served with dipping salsa), and an excellent chicken soup. For dessert, rather randomly, you can have the county fair favorite, funnel cake. Worth dropping in to but be prepared to enjoy a hodge-podge of cuisines.
