Opened in 2008 by Twyla Garrett, this Stonebridge Square venue offers a light wood and brick décor. The menu changes regularly, but some standard offerings include Fusion Wings, Fusion Fish and Chips, and gourmet burgers. There are some vegetarian dishes-veggie burgers and salads-in addition to many vegetarian pizza options. Their wood-fired, individual-sized pizzas follow the Vera Pizza Napoletana Organization's standards. Pizza options include Margherita, Neapolitan cheese and tomato; Prosciutto and Arugula; and shrimp with red peppers. There is a no-cheese vegan pizza as well as Pizza Bianca-white pizzas, no tomato-sauce-varieties. As their name suggests, they have a variety of specialty martinis to choose from: Blue 2020, Cantaloupe, and Peach Bellini. To finish, try their Mocha Fusion Homemade Cupcakes Trio.
