The name says it all. The Church Brew Works is a brewery occupying a renovated Catholic church. A gigantic copper kettle now sits where the altar once was and the mesmerizing stained-glass windows shine light on patrons swilling distinctive ales and lagers. The house brews are named in view of the unique environment: Pipe Organ Ale, Bell Tower Brown Ale and Pious Monk Dunkel. In addition, guests can feast on contemporary versions of steak, pizza, burgers and unique pierogie combinations. Dine in the company of dazzling lamps, endless pillars and perfectly symmetric arches that make up this stunning architectural marvel.
