Union Trust Steakhouse is nestled in an old bank circa 1888 and has towering walls with huge modern tubular chandeliers, giving it an intimate look. A lovely staircase leads you from the main dining room to a mezzanine floor that overlooks the street. You will see a mix of casual diners, business set and special occasion diners enjoying the steakhouse cuisine. Their bar boasts an exhaustive (500) wine list to complement their menu. UTS can house around 300 people easily with its comfy chairs and tables. Though it is slightly on the expensive side, the succulent meat, tender seafood and the ambience makes up for it.

Winthorpe and Valentine is an upscale and contemporary American restaurant located inside the Westin Philadelphia. This grand restaurant done up in dark wood along with red chairs and cozy banquettes with a broad farmhouse table made from a fallen black walnut tree, is the centerpiece of the restaurant. This 1874-seater Merriam Theater, in the University of the Arts, showcases the the works of the Performance Arts department students of this college. The theater is part of the Theater League of Philadelphia which is committed to showcasing the finest talent in Philadelphia.
