The Coors event center is part of the University of Colorado at Boulder's campus. It has an indoor arena and hosts basketball and volleyball games. It also has facilities for conferences and is often used for non-sporting events. It has a unique flat-roof and is at present the home of the Colorado Buffaloes basketball team. It is also the home of indoor track and field events.

Since 1975, this landmark has been serving Boulder. The dining room boasts over 1000 pieces of movie memorabilia, a satellite dish, televisions and big screens, and pool tables and video games.
