A favorite for the after-work crowd, this bar caters to cigar and martini lovers-both connoisseurs and those who aspire to be. Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, it is quite a find for those who want a quiet place to relax, far from the demands of work or the boisterous crowds downtown. The atmosphere is masculine, but not stuffy, and the staff is friendly and offers great service. There is no dress code and, for a small fee, anyone can become a member.

Part of the North Carolina State University and located inside the Talley Student Center, Stewart University is operated by the University Theatre and has played host to a number of play acts by the students. This theater is used by the students for lectures, talks and even concerts. Stewart Theatre is also rented out to outside patrons when it is not used by the students to conduct their activities.

The Gaelic translation of Tír na nOg means " "land of eternal youth. For anyone who's eaten here, that land also includes great food and a long list of beers.
