Named after the Polynesian classic, Trader Vic's in Hotel Valley Ho is a delightful spot for an evening meal. Start with a 'Jumbo Crab Cake' served with Cellophane Noodle Salad. There's more to come before you finish off with the 'Crab Cake'. Ask for a 'Kung Pao Chicken' prepared with cashews and celery, or 'Szechwan Prawns' made in fresh chillies and garlic. A 'Crispy Duck' in Hoisin Sauce is just too filling. Did you say 'Dessert'? There's Trader Vic's Dessert sampler for you! The 'Scottsdale Cactus Bloom', 'Trader Vic's Passion Punch', 'Pogo Stick' to name a few, are the signature drinks on offer. There are discounts on the bar menu during special events. Visit their website to know more about the seasonal brunch this eatery offers.
