Mud Dauber Coffee has provided Downtown Phoenix with a carefully-sourced selection of coffee since their opening in 2012. Located inside trendy art gallery and cultural meeting space, The Hive, Mud Dauber offers a mandatory amenity for any worthwhile show space. The coffee selection is restrained, but covers some delightful points of origin such as the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe and the Mexican Chiapas. A small menu of pastries and other snack items are available if you work up an appetite while meandering through the adjacent gallery space.
