What is now a theater and a theater company began its journey as a small theater group in the year 1973 as "Four C Theatre". Later on, the popularity of the company grew and it acquired a permanent location in an ancient chapel. In the year 2001, the company relocated in Buck Creek Playhouse, which is now their stage for performances. The theater is a small establishment with seating only for 130 people and hosts plays with a wide variety of genres, ranging from musicals to experimental theater and youth theater. If you are interested in exploring the fast depleting theatrical culture of the city, Buck Creek Playhouse is the place to catch a show.

The Story Inn actually exists upon the same space as an ancient Midwest Town in Nashville Indiana; the old general store now is replaced by a cheery eatery serving meals throughout the day, while a pub entertains those who like their beer after dinner. The other old mills have been renovated and can be hired to host wedding receptions, luncheons, seminars and community events. Try the banana walnut hotcakes, sausage patties, homemade buttermilk biscuits and chicken salad sandwich, and wash it down with freshly squeezed fruit juice. Story Inn is a superb inn all in all.
