Shooter's on the Water is an excellent joint on the West Bank of the Cuyahoga which is very well known for its food-be it seafood, pizza, or salads. The Drury Theatre, which is part of the prestigious Cleveland Play House, is one of the most distinguished theater venues in the city of Cleveland. The theater can house up to five hundred spectators, thus, making it one of the biggest theaters in the city. The Cleveland Institute of Art's very own facility is the Cinematheque. Within the facility are two auditoriums with different capacities, screening 35mm and 16mm films. Both these auditoriums are located in the Gund Building in the University campus. Russell B. Aitken Auditorium is the larger space with a capacity to seat 616, where 35mm films are screened. Ohio Bell Auditorium is an intimate 100 seat theater suitable for 16mm film screenings.

The CSU runs a high energy campus where there's always something happening. The CSU Waetjen Auditorium in the Music and Communication Building, is a very happening place, as it is regularly used for concerts and recitals by the Music Department of CSU. The auditorium hosts concerts by orchestras, jazz bands, wind ensembles, choral groups and lots more. Apart from musical events CSU Waetjen Auditorium is even used for convocation ceremonies.
