The service most of the times is slow due to the large number of crowd which is compensated by the friendliness of the staff.

Vining offers children as well as grown-ups a selection of hats, tiaras, and other items on hand for dress-up. She finds that while high tea lends itself to women in the prime of their lives, younger people, both male and female, also enjoy coming for tea. Seven Owls serves a very traditional high tea, compete with finger sandwiches, scones, and Devonshire cream.
