The Briar Rose is a former miner's grub hall up at the top of Peak 10, near the old Briar Rose Silver Mine. Today, the spot exists as a steak and seafood restaurant, serving the best slow roasted prime ribs, mouth-watering steaks, wild game, fresh seafood, poultry, pasta and vegetarian entrees.
