The Community Arts Center Auditorium is located within the beautiful campus of Wayne State University. It is the center of cultural activities, often hosting public lectures by eminent personalities and departmental events. It can be rented for outside events like concerts, dance performances and public meetings. Built like a theater, with a 3400-square-foot exhibit gallery, it houses around 560 people. Excellent acoustics and lighting as well as the use of a projector make the venue suitable for any event. Comfortable dressing-rooms are also available in the backstage area. Non-university food is strictly prohibited.
